Hinrik Daníel Bjarnason

I began playing the violin at the age of ten and received my first classical guitar at 14. Two years later i was taking guitar lessons at the Reyjkavik Collage of Music. I graduated with both concert and teacher degrees, and went on to take further lessons in classical guitar in Sweden. I studied in Aachen, Germany and took several masterclasses. Since 1994, I have my own classes at Reykjavik. I have performed in various European countries and produced the album „Duo de Mano“. Playing my own interpretations of classical pieces, jazz, blues and rock are my favourites today.
